Chef Carmelo Vadacchino heats up the annual Snow West event in Newfoundland!

 
Food Supplies Executive Chef Carmelo Vadacchino participated in the 2016 Snow West event in Corner Brook Newfoundland putting his culinary skills on display. Carmelo, who honed his culinary expertise in Italy and Montreal, was the evening feature at Corner Brook's MarbleInn where he prepared a menu that included his delicious artisian foccacia. Carmelo hosted a second evening of cooking at St. Christopher's Hotel in Channel-Port aux Basques. (Shown right) Carmelo's smoked salmon focaccia topped with a flambé cream vodka sauce, featuring Magic Creations™ Focaccia Blend Seasoning.
