Payment Terms are Net 15 Days from date of invoice. If you do not currently have an established account with Food Supplies, we gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and Wire Transfers, with your phone or email order. Payment terms are subject to change without prior notice. To open an account, please contact our Customer Service Team. For your convenience, please access our Credit Application.
 

RETURNS POLICY

Products
can be returned only if Food Supplies is notified within 2 working days from delivery date. The product must be in complete, unused and re-saleable condition.

Special Orders
Products can be returned within 2 working days from delivery date, only in full case lots.
Product that has been designated as a non-stocked item. It can only be ordered in case packs.

Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be returned.  The only exception is a defective product.
Product that is made specifically for a customer according to non-standard designs, colors, formulation or measurements.

All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charges.
